Freshness & Storage
Freshness is everything. That’s why we roast to order and ship your coffee within 2 days of roasting. To keep your coffee tasting its best:
- Transfer to an airtight, non-transparent container
- Store in a cool, dark place
- Choose the correct grind to suits your brewing method
Shipping & Delivery
We roast in small batches and endeavor to ship fresh beans out either the same day or the following after your order is placed. Please note that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

The Story Behind the Blend
Miller’s Coffee has been a cornerstone of New Zealand’s specialty coffee culture since the 1980s. Founder Craig Miller began roasting after discovering that fresh coffee makes all the difference. Sourcing high-quality Arabica beans from three of the world’s most respected coffee-growing regions — Colombia, Papua New Guinea, and Kenya — he crafted a blend that is rich in colour, smooth in texture, and beautifully balanced.
To this day, the blend remains unchanged — a true testament to its enduring quality.
